Dr. Hersh received his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. He then earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Hersh was raised and still resides in the southern New Jersey area. He is a second- generation optometrist as his father, Dr. Stephen F. Hersh, practiced optometry for nearly fifty years.
Dr. Hersh has experience in many types of office settings during his more than 23 years as a practicing optometrist. He has a particular interest in caring for children and young adults with special needs, as well as the many types of contact lenses available to patients today. Dr. Hersh provides routine eye care and treats ocular disease.
Dr. Hersh is an avid Phillies and Flyers fan. In his free time, he enjoys music, sports, and spending time with his wife and four children.
